Drone Game Event Crew

Tertiary Student · Melbourne, VIC

Casual / Part-time $25 – $30/hr

As a Drone Game Event Crew member, you will play a crucial role in bringing our unique drone gaming events to life. You'll gain hands-on experience in event logistics, technical setup, and on-site customer interaction, all within the innovative world of drone technology. This role is perfect for students who enjoy dynamic environments, have a knack for organization, and are eager to contribute to unforgettable gaming experiences.

What You'll Do

  • • Assist with the physical setup and breakdown of drone gaming arenas and equipment
  • • Ensure all drone gaming systems are operational and ready for events
  • • Provide on-site support and guidance to event participants and spectators
  • • Manage event flow, including registration, scheduling, and participant assistance
  • • Troubleshoot minor technical issues with drones and gaming equipment during events
  • • Help maintain a safe and engaging environment for all attendees

Who We're Looking For

  • • Currently enrolled in a university, TAFE, or other post-secondary program
  • • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • • A genuine interest in drone technology and gaming events
  • • Physical ability to assist with event setup and breakdown
  • • Possession of or willingness to obtain a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)

Prior experience in a customer-facing role or event support, and basic technical aptitude for troubleshooting electronics are a plus but not essential.
